Alfa AI can list your open GuideCom jobs. GuideCom does not share its pipeline stages with Alfa, and Alfa needs them to decide where candidates go, so Alfa cannot send candidates there.

What Alfa writes back to GuideCom
- GuideCom does not share its pipeline stages with Alfa, and Alfa needs them to decide where candidates go, so Alfa cannot send candidates there.
What Alfa reads from GuideCom
- Open jobs. Alfa lists your open GuideCom jobs, up to the 250 most recently opened, so you can link each Alfa job to its GuideCom job.
- Pipeline stages. GuideCom does not share its stages through this integration.
- Your hiring history. ATS history search is not available for GuideCom.
How to connect GuideCom
- Open Settings. Sign in as an Owner or Admin on a computer, select your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then Settings.
- Go to ATS integrations. Under Workspace, select ATS integrations.
- Choose GuideCom. Open Select your ATS, pick GuideCom, then select Connect GuideCom.
- Approve access. A secure connection page opens in a new tab. Sign in to GuideCom there, approve the access it asks for, then return to Alfa.
- Wait for the first sync. The first import usually takes a few minutes. When it finishes, the status reads Connected.
Limits
- Your organization connects one ATS at a time.
- Only Owners and Admins on a paid plan can connect an ATS, on a computer. The integration is not available during a trial.
- Moving or rejecting a candidate in GuideCom does not change their status in Alfa.
